In this role, you will work directly with our product team to build out capabilities and reporting tools for our cutting edge marketing platform, helping drive the product strategy to build a best-in-class marketing platform. In this role, you will:
- Develop evolving expertise in conversational marketing across chat channels, including Facebook Messenger
- Complete regular customer audits to ensure optimal platform use
- Perform analyses of other core marketing channels for retailers (email marketing and digital ads) to drive product strategy
- Establish platform-wide marketing benchmarks, uses, comps and data flow
- Provide data-driven recommendations and best practices internally and to customers

We're looking for a resourceful, dedicated, creative and analytical thinker to lead our sales operations. If you want to get your hands dirty with every step of the sales operations process, and are obsessed with finding leads, tracking your campaigns and using data to grow and evolve our pipeline, then this is the role for you!
In this role, you will:
- Oversee all outbound sales efforts including: lead identification, prospecting, nurturing through scheduled meetings or demos.
- Oversee all follow up lead nurturing from initial meeting through platform onboarding
- Work with marketing to develop outbound materials including email copy, content, case studies, etc.
- Analyze sales statistics and pipeline activity with the goal of conversions

- Continuously improve all sales processes in order to raise efficiency and productivity
